What does the installation service include?

Includes delivery, installation by ECOBY technicians and commissioning of the equipment.

How can I contact you if I have an incident?

What maintenance do the dispensers require?

All our equipment is designed for minimum maintenance. If you choose leasing, technical service is included.

What certifications and regulations do ECOBY equipment comply with?

Our systems are certified according to UNE 149101, comply with Royal Decree 03/2023 on food safety and are endorsed by entities such as AQUA ESPAÑA, AQUA EUROPA and the Water Quality Association. All components follow international ISO standards.

Do you ship to all the Canary Islands?

Yes, we ship to all the islands of the archipelago by express transport. Consult conditions according to your location.
