RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with current legislation on consumer protection, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal without justification.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify TENORAY S.L. (ECOBY) of his decision by sending an email to ventas@ecoby.esindicating:

  • Name and surname
  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Date of receipt of order
  • Products to be returned

Once the request is received, instructions on the return procedure will be provided. The refund will be made by the same payment method used for the purchase, once the product has been received and its condition verified.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

According to Article 103 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • Customized or tailor-made products.
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for hygienic reasons once unsealed.
  • Perishable products or products with a reduced expiration date.
